Funded training for staff and wage compensation for the business through the Train to Gain initiative
Train to Gain is a government funded training initiative for organisations in the West Midlands. The support pays for the training of employees as well as a contribution towards wage costs. The package is delivered by Train to Gain and you can either select an approved training provider of your choice or discuss the best solution with your Skills Broker. By registering an interest your company will have access to:
A dedicated Skills Broker who will assist with all your training needs
Training for Skills for Life (including IT)
NVQ Level 2 in job related subjects (eg. business admin, telemarketing, customer service)
Advice on all relevant and available training initiatives
